Bringing together some forty digital artistic and cultural structures, the inter-regional network of digital arts and cultures is committed to a collaborative and transversal work dynamic, in favor of a distributed and reasoned digital society.

In order to better map and understand the territorial anchoring of digital arts and culture ecosystems, the study proposes to co-construct tools for the analysis and representation of the territorial externalities produced by these ecosystems.
