The 41st « Ateliers Internationaux de Maîtrise d’œuvre Urbaine de Cergy-Pontoise » are entitled “Metamorphoses. Cities and territories recomposed in the face of climate challenges”. The 41st Workshops were built around the following three major challenges:

– Build urban and natural densities to meet multiple needs.

– What economic and participatory processes can be used to enable the emergence of a city with more hybrid functions and uses?
– What changes are needed to respond to new ways of living and the housing crisis?

The mission extended from February to December 2023 with regular appointments and working meetings, and with an expected presence during the territory visits with the teams, at the Exchange Forums and at the 2 days of the Jury.
