The study for the update of the 2023-2026 territorial cultural project of the Mont des Avaloirs Community of communes has the following objectives:

– Involve a diversity of actors and users alongside the community of municipalities in the co-diagnosis and co-construction of the future PCT,
– To create a community of actors who carry out the cultural project of the territory,
– To ensure that the approach is a real laboratory for future more bottom-up public policies with the emergence of an operational “transversal unit”.
