The description of the multi-level embedding of the ecosystems of digital arts and cultures has made it possible to become aware of the fact that the actors of digital creation are immersed in the profound transformations that are taking place in our societies and territories. However, in order for these actors to make a sustainable transition, it seems essential to assess not only their direct impacts but also and above all their externalities

Objectives of the study:
– Monitor and evaluate the effects of the devices created by the actors of hybrid arts and digital cultures (Impacts and externalities).
– Co-construct an evaluation protocol adapted to the state of mind of the projects
– Enabling actors in hybrid arts and digital cultures to improve the scope of their intervention
